Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you'll be greeted by our safari representative and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. This day is dedicated to relaxation and acclimatization after your journey. Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy a short city tour, local market visit, or simply unwind at your lodge as you prepare for your safari adventure starting the next day.
If you arrive early, you can add the following activities (at extra cost):
After an early breakfast, you’ll depart Arusha for a full-day game drive in Tarangire National Park, a haven for elephant herds, majestic baobab trees, and a wide array of wildlife. The Tarangire River draws animals year-round, so sightings of lions, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeest are common. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park and continue exploring until late afternoon. Afterward, head to Karatu for dinner and overnight stay.
Today begins with a scenic drive from Karatu through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area en route to Central Serengeti. As you pass through lush highlands and expansive plains, keep an eye out for wildlife along the way. Arriving in the Serengeti by midday, enjoy an afternoon game drive in the iconic Seronera region, known for its abundant predators and resident game. In the evening, settle in at camp and relax under the vast Serengeti skies.
Enjoy a game drive witnessing the Great Migration as it crosses the Mara River. Witness thrilling scenes of wildebeest and zebras braving crocodile-infested waters and lurking predators. The area offers diverse landscapes, rich wildlife, and excellent photo opportunities. Enjoy a packed lunch in the bush while exploring this remote, untamed region.

Spend the entire day exploring Serengeti National Park, home to Africa’s most iconic wildlife. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives, searching for lions, cheetahs, elephants, and the Great Migration. Take in the breathtaking landscapes and rich biodiversity before returning to camp.
After breakfast, enjoy a final game drive in Serengeti before heading towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Arrive at your camp on the crater rim and enjoy breathtaking views. Spend the evening relaxing and preparing for an exciting crater exploration the next day.
Early morning descent into the Ngorongoro Crater, home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, including black rhinos, lions, and hippos. After a memorable game drive and a picnic lunch, ascend the crater and drive back to Arusha. Depending on your flight schedule, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure.
